Exceptional service! Initially, I believed I required a new garage door after my wind mitigation report indicated a lack of wind mitigation in the garage. However, when Gator Garage Door Services provided a quote, they demonstrated honesty by informing me that my current door was already wind-rated and didn’t need replacement. This level of integrity stood out to me, especially considering that some companies might have taken advantage of the situation. Instead, we discussed areas of my door that needed attention, and they promptly addressed them the following day. Now, my electric door opener works flawlessly, and the door no longer sticks. Extremely satisfied resident of Port Charlotte FL. The spring on my garage door broke at the worst time. I then called all the garage door centers as they appeared on my google search and all got was “leave a message”. When I called Gator Garage Door Services Moe answered and let me know he could be there in a couple of hours. Moe was able to make it sooner and proceeded to make what I knew was difficult task seem effortless. In fact, it was like watching a master craftsman perform. The springs were not only replaced and adjusted to perfect balance; he also replaced the bearings that made the door sound like a train running on gravel. He shared his knowledge on the care and lubrication of the system and provided advice for a future garage opener replacement that we will surely obtain through Gator Garage.

In December, I called regarding my very old non functioning garage door opener and Moe came out within moments of my call, tweaked a screw and got it to work, and charged me nothing. I called to have a new garage door opener and spring installed and was able to do it immediately and reasonably. Excellent service. Excellent communication. Phenomenal people.

I called Gator Garage Door Services because the garage door came down and hit part of the car bumper and bent the bottom of the door and some on one panel. Moe looked at the door and was able to fix the problem with out having to replace the panel or bottom strip. This saved me a lot of time and money. Rather than taking the opportunity to run up a large bill he did what was right for the customer. It’s great to find someone that is honest and cares about is customers

My garage door spring broke today. Within two hours of calling Gator Garage Door Services, the owner, Moe was at my house. He promptly replaced the springs and made other needed repairs. Everything is working perfectly now! I highly recommend Gator (and Moe) for prompt, reliable garage door services.
